A man has stabbed his ex-wife to death. Mutegeeya Abdulla Musa, a resident of Kireku in Bweyogerere Kira municipality stabbed his wife Nakabugo Jacqueline 28yrs with a knife before attempting to commit suicide in the wee hours of Saturday morning.
Mutegeeya’s brother Henry Mutegeeeya says that the couple had separated a few months ago.
He adds that his brother has been accusing the deceased of stealing his land title. He says that on a fateful day, Abdulla tricked the deceased that he had accepted to give her one million shillings on condition that she returns the title.
According to Mutegeeya when the deceased reached the suspect’s home, he stabbed her to death.

Area Defense Secretary Mugaaga Kaketto said that the incident was a culmination of constant fights between the couple which triggered there separation He says the couple had stayed together for close to 5 years.
The Kampala metropolitan deputy spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire said that the suspect in Mulago hospital on handcuffs receiving treatment and he’s face charges of murder.
