Emergency responders quickly reached the scene and extinguished the fire. Unfortunately, Rajiv was already dead by the time they accessed the vehicle.

Rajiv, 33, was the managing director of the Ruparelia Group and son of billionaire Sudhir Ruparelia. He led key operations in banking, real estate, hospitality, and education, making him one of the region’s most influential young business leaders.

SP Kananura said police had launched a full investigation and would release more details as they emerge. He also urged motorists to take extra caution around construction zones and temporary barriers.
