Ruparelia Group’s Vcon Wins Contract to Build UGX 38 Billion Complex for Uganda Muslim Education Association in Kibuli

The Ruparelia Group’s construction arm, Vcon, has won a contract to build a residential and commercial complex in Kibuli, a Kampala suburb, in partnership with Ambitious Construction Ltd Joint Venture.

The project, valued at UGX 38 billion, will be funded by the Islamic Development Bank of Saudi Arabia and supervised by Dolsar Ltd.

The managing director of the Ruparelia Group, Rajiv Ruparelia, expressed gratitude for the opportunity to showcase the group’s capabilities and thanked Prince Kassim Nakibinge Kakungulu, the titular head of the Muslim community, and the management of Uganda Muslim Education Association for awarding the contract.

Prince Nakibinge congratulated the Ruparelia Group and predicted that the project would change the skyline of Kampala city.
