Ugandan entrepreneur Sudhir Ruparelia, widely recognized as East Africa’s foremost billionaire, has expanded his business empire with the acquisition of Lotis Towers, a prestigious high-rise building situated in the heart of Kampala, Uganda’s bustling capital city.

The acquisition of Lotis Towers, a 14-story upscale structure nestled at Plot 16 MacKinnon Road, Nakasero, was finalized following a successful bid in a bank auction. Sudhir Ruparelia personally confirmed this strategic move, securing ownership of the property from Development Finance Company of Uganda Bank Limited (dfcu Bank). This acquisition further solidifies Ruparelia’s stature as a key player in the region’s dynamic real estate sector.
