Africa’s Problems and Solutions Based on Reason and Reality

Ham has continued showed us that his wealth has not been attained because of good luck but brain power, consistency , wise investment and meeting the right people. His religious foundation has been a major boast too with the continuously used phrase, alhamdulillah, Insha Allah. We have seen this in his book, success and failure through reason and reality which has been a light to his shoes. It has helped us to walk through his shoes and find out the right moves an investor should take. One wonders who his Matisse is if he were Picasso. What inspired this great man to follow these path and footsteps?

The book, success and failure show us the key points Ham has taken to be right now one of the richest people in Uganda making him an icon for sharing those very same tips. I reckon that his book is a must have on a bookshelf for every entrepreneur and school. This is because it helps build a reading culture and create job seekers. He has shown us that formal education isn’t the key to success because there is a limit and hard work opens many doors to big achievements. He has focused his work on building Uganda as a nation since he believes his wealth is only partial if the economy of his country is underdeveloped. We have seen it in his various works such as building the Ham Villas so that Ugandans can live in luxury.

Speaking with one of his employees, she has confirmed that his work ethic is what makes him a very accomplished man. He urged them to always use their smartphones as a means of alternative incomes. They can operate businesses using the very smartphones they use for communicating. He has guided his employees in several investments to make as a father figure giving him a name Boss at his workplace. His guidance and advise has enabled them to be accomplished men and women.

He has engaged in various charity works making him a true Jedi. This shows his compassionate heart and I can truly see why many young people have mentioned his name as a role model. He donated prayer mats, Qurans and bicycles to moslems in Masaka which gave them a means of transportation and helped their businesses. He has educated many children which has reduced the illiteracy rates and given many unemployed youth jobs at Ham Foundations. He donated 100 million Ugandan shilling in the coronavirus pandemic to the vulnerable Ugandans who were direly affected by it. I cannot reckon a better character to candidly report about.

hamis kiggundu together with the prime minister where he donated 100 milions through HAM FOUNDATION

He has challenged the banking system in Ugandan and is currently in knots with a case against DTB bank which deducted over 120 billion Uganda shilling without his knowledge and consent. He exposed the inadequate legal framework and structure when it comes to bank laws since DTB bank Uganda is not registered and licenced to operate in Uganda. He has been courageous to stand his ground and speak his mind against the unjust system which is crippling the economy of Uganda since most of these banks are for foreigners and indeed top positions are enjoyed by these foreigners. Reforms in the banking system should be undertaken for immediate effect so that Ugandans can enjoy prosperity in the economy.
